The 1888 Hotel 301 (A/B) 3rd Floor Honeymoon King 1 Bed/Bath Full Kitchen

Disappointing Positive: The room was clean and expected kitchen appliances were present. Negative: There were not sheets for the pull-out coach and the concierge was unable or unwilling to bring them. We had a lengthy exchange of text messages which did not result in anything. We were only repeatedly instructed to look for sheets in various places around the room and we just gave up as it was getting too late. There were also no pillows for the coach and those in the bedroom were too thick, hard and uncomfortable. Guests should be aware that the parking is off-site, about two block away from the hotel, and the parking spots are not guaranteed. This is an old building, so there are no elevators in the hotel and guests are not allowed to open windows. We also had problems with regulating shower water temperature - it got too hot at some point and could not be lowered.

Very cute place, great value. Would stay there again. Positive: Great location. Nice room. Thoughtful details, like full size toiletries and phone chargers. Negative: Slightly inconvenient parking situation but they made the best of it.

Positive: We spent a few days at Hotel 1881 in St. Petersburg, Florida, and were very impressed. The hotel is cozy, very clean, and the rooms are well-equipped. It’s just a short walk to cafes, museums, and the waterfront. The staff is attentive and friendly — you truly feel like a welcomed guest. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and a great location!

Nothing but AMAZING! Positive: -Very clean and modern! -Simple check in and check out process! -Walking distance to Downtown St Pete! -Hotel was quick to respond to txt messages and very accommodating! Negative: Bathroom sink was very small so sharing with your spouse is difficult. Not too serious but only thing I thought was “bad/did not like”
