The 1888 Hotel 303(A/B) 3rd Floor Standard King 1Bed/1Bath Suite

I would never stay there again due to the horrible smell and inexplicable humidity in the room. Positive: The location was good and the bed itself was comfortable. Negative: The hotel had a VERY strong odor of mold and mildew. The smell was noticeable immediately upon entering and even stronger in my actual room. The room was so humid I had trouble breathing at one point and also the humidity caused the mirror in the bedroom to steam up. There was actual condensation on the mirror - NOT due to the shower or cooking. I was not using either. The parking facilities are several blocks away which was ok, but inconvenient and there is NO elevator in this property. The lack of elevator itself isn't so bad but hearing other guests drag luggage up and down the stairs is bothersome.

Very Happy Positive: The staff was excellent, the room was very cozy and clean with all the added amenties. The bed was amazing, slept well... Will definitely stay with them again. Steve & Shelia from Ky. Negative: Only could use the washer & dryer after 11 am, but that wasn't a big deal for us...

Free parking, very good instructions sent, clean, quiet and great location. Positive: Instructions for everything emailed out and plenty of signs explaining things. Also liked the little introductory booklet in the room explaining parking in more detail. Loved the parking pass. Negative: Can’t really think of anything I didn’t like.

Positive: Such a cute hotel! Location is PERFECT as it’s walking distance to pretty much everything. The room was nice and clean and the Lobby was a vibe. Will for sure come again. :)

Would definitely come back! Positive: We booked this last minute and wow what an unexpected treat! Especially for the price. We were greeted with complimentary champagne and popcorn. Very spacious split living room/bedroom, high quality soaps and toiletries, FREE LAUNDRY! And the bed was super comfy. you can tell they want their guests to feel right at home! Negative: Parking is a little out of the way but at least it was free and gated, also plenty of short term parking available right out front
