The 1888 Hotel (304) 3rd Floor Digital Nomad Queen Suite

Horrible parking and unloading access. Doesn't overcome quaint room. Positive: This is a conversion of a house like apartment. It is quaint but it is unmanned. it has several units on each floor. Nicely decorated but everything has an explanation sheet including the shower. People on phone were quick to respond and very polite. One called me back as I text them at midnight. Negative: Parking is miserable. I had to get a parking pass inside my room on arrival while I was in a no parking zone. Then I had to unload in back of a dark alley at night. Then you walk a block to a city garage and walk back. Then you have no elevator and I walked up 3 flights of stairs with my bags. To leave you walk to garage to get your car then come back to hotel to leave pass in box or $75.00 fee after you have quote checked out. Not worth that much hassle or pain. Nice room but horrible access.

Hotel boutique charmoso é extremamente limpo Positive: Confortável, pequena cozinha e muito completa e os presentes que eles deixam no check in. Banheiro espaçoso e garagem perto. Negative: A princípio não ter atende na portaria, depois entendi que funcionava e você fica totalmente autônomo

Now that I know how the hotel operates and its location, I would definitely stay there again. Positive: There was no breakfast option that I was aware of. Negative: I arrived late, 10p and was unaware of where to park. There was no one in site for guidance. While I had access to the parking lot key the loading / unloading area was not clearly explained or the location of the parking lot. When I called the number posted the representative was only minimally helpful. It was great to have free parking.

Very cute boutique hotel in St Pete Positive: Beautiful hotel, great room and everything you would need in the room. Loved the welcome basket goodies. Room and hotel in general was very clean. I also loved how responsive and friendly the staff was. They were also very proactive in providing information prior to arrival...no guess work or ambiguity. When I did have a question it was answered immediately. Walking distance from many restaurants/coffee shops. Cute neighborhood and safe for walking. Negative: I didn't like the fact that the parking wasn't on premises...but it was a quick walk and free which makes up for it since most hotels in the area want to charge a nightly fee for parking.

Positive: The check in and check out process is a breeze, amazing experience and a great location
